The following areas of infertility are covered for both individuals and couples:

"Trying to conceive" options

  • Therapeutic and Decision making counselling
  • Primary and Secondary Infertility 
  • Counselling and Coaching for natural and medical treatments. 

Therapeutic and Decision making counselling

Fertility package: 10 hours 

  • First session: 4 hours
  • Followed by 3 follow up sessions
  • (2 hours each over a period of 12 to 18 months)

Total: 10 hours

“Family building” options

  • Implications Counselling

  • Implications Counselling

  • Crisis Counselling

  • Implications Counselling for prospective older parents: advanced maternal (age 35+) and advanced paternal (age 40+)

Crisis Counselling for:

  • Single women wanting to have a child via 3rd party.
  • Single women who are recently diagnosed with Infertility.

  • Implications Counselling for those wanting to proceed with Adoptions

“Pregnancy after infertility” options

  • Support Counselling; a 2 hr session to help prepare for the emotional and social adjustment that follows childbirth.

Women's Health and wellness

General Counselling and Coaching for:

  • For women who want to achieve optimal health outcomes. 
  • For Individuals who have T1 and T2 dominant diseases. Who are looking to balance their immune system via gut health protocols.
  • My areas of counselling and coaching Practice include: GENERAL counselling, transformation, personal growth, empowerment, Stress Management and mindset.Gut-healing protocols,health and nutrition coaching and clinical nutrition consulting.

Important Notes

  • Religious beliefs are taken into consideration as some options are not permissible in certain religions.
  • Fertility Coaching and Fertility Counselling is required when looking at the long term implications of these decisions. In depth discussion will be lead if you on the fence about what decision you need to make and what's best for you.
  • To proceed with any of the above options, the implications of the proposed course of action for the person, their family, children born as a result and anyone else affected by the treatment or by donation arrangement, must be understood; this includes the possibility that treatment is unsuccessful.
  • The above 12 options each have a different focus;
    - Options 1 to 10 and 12 are 4 hour duration sessions with an option for a follow up should the need arise.
    - With the exception of option 2
    - Option 11 is a 2 hour session.

Pricing

  • First Session: 4 hours continuous

    South African Clients: R700/hour = R2 800 | International Clients: $70/hour = $280

  • Follow-up Session: 2 hours

    South African Clients: R700/hour = R1 400 | International Clients: $70/hour = $140
