Education
I graduated with an Honours degree in Commerce. Using 15 years of professional training in various disciplines, combined with fertility knowledge from personal experience, I empower women to overcome adversity and have a positive mindset while undergoing fertility treatments, (natural and medical).

Solution Focused
I am solution-focused person whose intention is more than just providing support. I don’t create dependency; I transform people to the best of their abilities. Infertility resonates deeply in my heart, having had the personal experience of going through this arduous, emotional and isolated journey which very few could relate to. The emotions that my clients face are emotions I know all too well.
The journey of infertility was one of the biggest turning points in my life; challenges that I have successfully conquered. My personal experiences have provided me with the insight into how best to assist women experiencing infertility.

Talk Therapy
Combined with medical and natural treatments, (where necessary), fertility counselling and fertility coaching can optimize conception rates and reduce the stress of infertility and it’s treatments; this is achieved through solution-focused approaches, talk therapy, education, research, self-development and support.
I use my unique and personal blended approach, combined with my training, to propel clients to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.

I am transparent and my intention is to save the client time and money and to better manage the emotional impact of infertility. Fertility clients who undergo fertility counselling and coaching prior to interventions may have a better chance of fertility treatments working; The mental mindset is critical in improving chances of a successful outcome.
