The objective is to aim towards a full-term pregnancy; however, there is no guarantee that pregnancy will be a final outcome.

Fertility Counselling does not promote or encourage dependency between counselor and client via continuous sessions. Empowerment comes via responsibility hence the client is accountable to themselves.

In order for fertility counselling to work it requires that the client be committed to improving themselves and to making the necessary changes to achieve better health outcomes; Ultimately becoming a better version of oneself.

I am transparent and my intention is to save the client time and money and to better manage the emotional impact of infertility. Fertility clients who undergo fertility counselling and coaching prior to interventions may have a better chance of fertility treatments working; The mental mind-set is critical in improving chances of a successful outcome.

Total counselling engagements may vary from 4 hours to 10 hours, dependent on the number of sessions undertaken.

  • First session: 4-hour duration
  • Follow up sessions: 2-hour duration

I am trained to identify psychological and psychiatric conditions for referral to clinical psychologists or psychiatrists.

However, please note that Generalist Counsellors do not DIAGNOSE clients. I do NOT treat psychological and psychiatric conditions; I can however provide SUPPORT to clients who have been diagnosed by a legally qualified Medical Practitioner, Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist.

Self-Development tasks will be given in between sessions.

I work independently and do not receive any commission for recommendations and referrals. Importantly, I am not aligned to any Fertility Specialist or gynaecologist. My recommendations are done according to what transpired in a session.

I am bound by code of ethics and you can be rest assured that my sessions remain confidential.

Yes. Couples Counselling is available on request.

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged

Compulsory year end company closure: 16th of December to the 16th of January.
